I had the worst dining experience here. I walked in and ordered the 2 meat combo which came with ribs,brisket,mac and cheese as well as French fries. We got our order pretty quick I would say but the overall food quality was just distasteful. The ribs were super dry and so chewy. The Mac and cheese was hard just the like an uncooked shell. The cornbread was so rubbery I couldn’t even break it apart without force. It also had no flavor that wasn’t cornbread that was just bread. The fries were decent but you can’t really mess up on that. The sauce itself didn’t help because it was just so watery and had no flavor what’s so ever. The brisket itself looked and tasted so dry I even found plastic in it!! Plastic that I could have choked on we made the server aware I don’t remember her name but she had a bigger set of glasses, she argued with us saying there’s no plastic in my food saying thats “part of the meal” then she proceeded to walk away with an attitude without saying anything and taking my food to the back. Then she didn’t even come back herself she had sent someone else to bring us our food he seemed like the cook.I also had 4 other guest with me and they all had plastic in their food. This is not BBQ it’s not edible. $25 not well spent!!! Fox BBQ is so much better just do yourself the favor and go there!!!Where’s the hospitality in this place???!!

WARNING ⚠️ … if u know & looking for some good BBQ, this ain’t it. Had 2 combo plates pork ribs, chicken, greens & Mac , 1 catfish plate with coleslaw but they forgot the fries. This was a to go order, check 122 on 12/15/23. Ribs were tough, dry which give u a lock jaw so be careful, Catfish they say but don’t taste like catfish 😉. The greens were good, the Mac was ok & coleslaw was horrible and all three sauces needs work not so much vinegar.

My family of eleven visited here this past weekend for brunch. The location was not overly busy at about 3 pm on a Saturday afternoon. We were all able to order and seat ourselves while we waited. I ordered the two meats combo with ribs and brisket, with macaroni and cheese and it came with cornbread. The food was flavorful but you could tell the meat was not pit smoked but made in an oven. The brisket was too fatty for my liking but my partner enjoyed it. The coleslaw I tasted from someone's plate had green peppers, that was different. The potatoe salad was great also. I would vsist again to try their other options.

This is the second time I have been to Rodney Scott’s BBQ and it is absolutely delicious!! I enjoyed their brisket sandwich last time I was there but this time I treated myself and my husband. We got a 3 meat Platter with Turkey, Brisket, and Ribs; we also got the smoked wings, as well as my husband got some pulled pork (pork shoulder) their sides are absolutely delicious we got their french fries, macaroni and cheese, collard greens and even a surprise piece of corn bread that was perfectly moist and sweet. The employees always seem so nice and helpful too! This will become a regular date night spot!

I've had BBQ all over the country, and this is some of the finest! The whole hog is NO JOKE. But, I've had every meat option they offer, and they're all really good. Plus, those side options aren't just "sides." Most of them could stand on their own as a solid restaurant dish. Highly recommend anyone to come try, and it you don't know what to order, just get the sampler combo. But bring a friend or two, because you won't be disappointed!!
